TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Public Offer Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the purchase of products from HIGHHEELS.PRO (the “Seller”).
By placing an order on the website, the customer (the “Buyer”) fully accepts the terms of this Agreement.
The Agreement is deemed accepted at the moment the Buyer places an order on the website, regardless of whether the payment has been completed.


2. PRODUCTS

The Seller offers dance footwear, clothing, and accessories.
Product images, videos, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are intended to give a general representation of the product.
The Seller reserves the right to make minor updates or improvements to product design, materials, or construction without prior notice, provided that the overall function and category of the product remain unchanged.
The Buyer acknowledges that:
  • colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and display devices;
  • materials, textures, embellishments, and finishing details may vary slightly between production batches;
  • handcrafted and small-batch production may result in natural variations between individual items;
  • such variations are normal and do not constitute defects;
  • product appearance in real life may differ slightly from images shown online.
The Seller does not guarantee an exact visual match between product images and the delivered item.
The Buyer acknowledges that styling expectations, personal perception of design, and aesthetic preferences are subjective and do not constitute valid grounds for return or complaint if the product conforms to its described specifications.
Fit, comfort, and appearance may vary depending on individual foot shape, body proportions, size selection, and wearing preferences. The Seller does not guarantee identical fit or perception for all Buyers.
Products are designed for dance use and may prioritize aesthetics, performance, or stage appearance over everyday comfort.
The Buyer is strongly advised to carefully review the size chart, product details, and specifications before placing an order.


3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are indicated in US dollars (USD).
The Seller accepts payments via available payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards and other third-party payment providers.
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Orders are not processed or reserved until payment is successfully completed.
The Buyer confirms that all payment details provided are valid and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Prices may exclude applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees. The Buyer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or payment providers.
In case of payment failure or cancellation by the payment provider, the Seller is not obligated to reserve or fulfill the order.
All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment systems. The Seller does not store full payment card details.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or technical/payment errors.


4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Seller offers international shipping via third-party logistics providers and courier services.
Available shipping methods may include standard and express delivery options, depending on the destination country. The available options are displayed to the Buyer at checkout before order completion.
Orders are processed within 2 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery time starts from the moment the order is dispatched.
Delivery times are estimated only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Tracking information is provided where available depending on the selected shipping method and carrier.
The Seller does not guarantee delivery dates.
The Seller is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier.
Customer responsibility for delivery information
The Buyer is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date delivery information, including but not limited to recipient name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, and email address.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, non-delivery, loss, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the Buyer.
If an order is returned, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, any additional shipping, return, or reshipment costs shall be borne by the Buyer.


5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

The Buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing at info@myhighheels.ru within this period. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
  • unworn and unused;
  • free from any signs of wear, damage, or marks (including scratches on soles);
  • in original condition and packaging, suitable for resale.
The Buyer is responsible for the condition of the goods until they are returned to the Seller.
If the returned product shows any signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and fit, the Seller reserves the right to:
  • refuse the return, or
  • apply a partial refund reflecting the diminished value of the product.
Return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or fees, are fully borne by the Buyer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Seller does not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability. The Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
For clarity, the Buyer acknowledges that most return requests are related to incorrect size selection. The Buyer is therefore strongly advised to carefully review the size chart and product details before placing an order.


7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

The Buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
If the product is defective or damaged, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@myhighheels.ru and providing clear photo or video evidence.
Failure to report defects within this period may result in rejection of the claim.
A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing fault that affects its functionality or significantly deviates from the described characteristics.
The following are not considered defects:
  • minor variations in color, texture, or materials;
  • slight imperfections that do not affect usability;
  • issues related to sizing or fit;
  • damage caused by improper use or normal wear.
To facilitate faster processing of defect claims, the Buyer is strongly encouraged to provide an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package upon receipt. Such video evidence significantly helps verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and may be requested by the Seller when reviewing a claim.
If a defect is confirmed, the Seller reserves the right to choose the appropriate solution, including:
  • replacement of the product;
  • partial refund;
  • full refund after return of the item.
The Seller may require the Buyer to return the defective product before issuing a refund or replacement.
Return shipping costs for confirmed defective products may be reimbursed at the Seller’s discretion.


8. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom or made-to-order items are produced based on the Buyer’s specifications and are considered final upon order placement.
Such products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


9. USE OF PRODUCTS AND DISCLAIMER

The products are intended for dance use.
The Buyer acknowledges that high-heel dance footwear involves physical risk. The Seller is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use or misuse of the products.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Seller shall not be liable for:
  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • loss of profit or business;
  • improper use of the products.
The Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including product designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of the Seller and may not be copied or used without permission.


12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller before initiating any dispute or chargeback.
The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation.


13. PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.


14. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply.
