Shipping Policy

We accept international payments via Stripe. Available payment methods may include major debit and credit cards, depending on your country and Stripe availability.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Seller does not store or have access to your full payment details.

If you would like to pay using a Russian bank card, please visit our Russian website highheels.ru, where alternative payment options are available.

International orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.

Production and dispatch times:

• Custom heels (made-to-order):
• Estimated production time is up to 60 days. Please note that this is an approximate timeframe and may vary depending on production workload.
• In-stock items:
• Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 4–25 business days, depending on the destination.

If an order includes both made-to-order and in-stock items, the shipment will be dispatched once all items are ready. To receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Seller is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer, in accordance with applicable law. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
